Place of Service

To support the billing of telehealth services, we have added a new place of service code “02 - Telehealth” to the Advanced screen when adding a charge.

If you deliver a service via telehealth and would like the charge to reflect this place of service:

1. Create your charge in the system as you normally would

2. Click on the Billing tab

3. Click on the “Adv” button to the right of the line item

4. Choose “02 - TELEHEALTH” from the Place of Service dropdown.

5. Hit “Save”
